Business and non-profit leaders who meet the more
rigourous
requirements of
CILI Professionals can incorporate in
Independent Long Island (ILI) through CILI.
These professionals, and their corporations, also automatically qualify
for Micronational
Professional
Registry
(MPR) membership.
Corporations registered through CILI must be
Official
World companies or non-profits, or otherwise serious and older
unincorporated organisations operating in the Official World.
Incorporations of new companies or non-profits shall be considered only
on the basis of the outstanding professional and
highly ethical merits of the
Director(s).
Applications for incorporation must be preceded by CILI Professional applications that mention the
intent to incorporate in Independent
Long Island (ILI). After
the CILI Professional application is
received, applicants will be required to submit CVs and any information
about the organisation to be incorporated. A nominal fee is charged for
incorporation, which must be renewed annually.
